The best know examples of asterisms are the big dipper asterism in the Ursa Major constellation and the Summer Triangle asterism which is formed by the three bright stars Vega of Lyra, Deneb of Cygnus and Altair of Aquila.

Less commonly known is the Teapot Asterism in the Sagittarius constellation.

In the Glastonbury Landscape Zodiac, the Sagittarius constellation and Teapot asterism fall on the hindquarters of the Sagittarius effigy. Though it may be common knowledge now, to my knowledge, Katherine Maltwood never made any mention of it but there is a teapot lane on the left shoulder of the Sagittarius effigy of the Glastonbury Landscape Zodiac. Note that due to the polar projection of the planisphere overlay on the glastonbury zodiac, the Sagittarius constellation and teapot asterism appear distorted (stretched out) compared to how we see them in the night sky.
